Service areas

Where we work in Thailand

We deliver all 21 services across 20 cities. Pick a city to see what we do there, who we work with and which areas we cover.

Bangkok

Central Thailand

Bangkok is our home base, with an office on Ploenchit Road in Pathumwan. Most work here is for offices, showrooms, clinics and multi-site retail groups that need everything documented and handed over properly.

Pattaya

Eastern Seaboard

We worked out of Pattaya for years, so we know the buildings, the cabling problems in older condos and how fast a bar or restaurant needs to be back up and running.

Phuket

Southern Thailand

Phuket work is mostly tourism-driven: villas, resorts, dive shops and tour operators that run in high season and need systems that keep working while owners are abroad.

Chiang Mai

Northern Thailand

Chiang Mai clients are usually cafes, boutique hotels, co-working spaces and small software teams. Budgets are tighter than Bangkok, so we scope work in phases.

Khon Kaen

Isaan (Northeast)

Khon Kaen is the commercial centre of Isaan. Work here is typically for family businesses, car dealerships, clinics and agricultural traders who want one supplier for everything technical.

Udon Thani

Isaan (Northeast)

Udon Thani has a large mixed Thai and foreign resident community. A lot of our work here is for shops, guesthouses and private homes that want remote access from abroad.

Hua Hin

Western Gulf

Hua Hin is full of second homes and small resorts. Owners are often away for months, so remote monitoring and someone local who can attend site matter more than anything else.

Koh Samui

Gulf Islands

On Samui everything has to survive salt air and power cuts. We specify hardware for island conditions and set up systems that recover on their own after an outage.

Rayong

Eastern Seaboard

Rayong is industrial. Clients here are factories, logistics yards and suppliers in the EEC corridor who need reliable networks, site security and reporting for head office.

Hat Yai

Southern Thailand

Hat Yai trades heavily with Malaysia and Singapore. Retailers and wholesalers here usually need bilingual systems and stock control across more than one branch.

Nakhon Ratchasima

Isaan (Northeast)

Korat is the gateway to Isaan and a growing industrial base. Work here mixes factory infrastructure with retail and hospitality along the Mittraphap road corridor.

Chonburi

Eastern Seaboard

Chonburi covers the industrial estates around Amata and Laem Chabang port. Projects here are usually multi-building, with staff access control and site-wide cabling.

Nonthaburi

Greater Bangkok

Nonthaburi is dense housing and neighbourhood business. Most jobs here are homes, small clinics and shophouses along the purple line, and we can usually attend the same week.

Krabi

Andaman Coast

Krabi is seasonal and spread out, from Ao Nang to the islands. We plan installations around the low season so nothing is disrupted when the guests arrive.

Ayutthaya

Central Thailand

Ayutthaya combines heritage tourism with large industrial estates at Rojana and Hi-Tech. We handle both: guest-facing systems and plant infrastructure.

Surat Thani

Southern Thailand

Surat Thani is the mainland hub for the gulf islands, with a lot of transport, palm oil and wholesale business that runs on paperwork we usually end up replacing.

Phitsanulok

Lower Northern Thailand

Phitsanulok is a regional service centre with universities, hospitals and distribution businesses. Projects here often start with one branch and roll out to several.

Ubon Ratchathani

Isaan (Northeast)

Ubon sits close to the Laos border and handles a lot of cross-border trade. Clients here want systems that keep working on modest internet connections.

Chiang Rai

Northern Thailand

Chiang Rai is spread over a wide rural area, with coffee farms, resorts and border trade. Site visits are planned in batches so travel does not inflate the bill.

Buriram

Isaan (Northeast)

Buriram has grown around sport and event tourism. Local hotels, restaurants and shops need systems that cope with race weekends and then go quiet again.
